Account and Data Deletion
At Edesah, we respect your privacy and want you to have full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request to delete your account and associated data directly in the Edesah app.
How to Request Deletion In-App
- Open the Edesah App
- Log in using the account you wish to delete.
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Go to the Profile section
- Look for an option labeled “Delete Account”, “Account Deletion”, or similar
- Confirm Your Request
- You may be asked to confirm that you understand your account and data will be permanently removed.
- Once confirmed, the app will initiate the deletion process
- Processing Your Deletion
- We typically remove all associated data from our servers within 3 business days.
- Note: This action cannot be undone. After deletion, your account and all related data will no longer be accessible.
- Verification & Legal Requirements
- For security purposes, we may ask for additional verification (like re-entering your password) before finalizing the deletion.
- In certain circumstances (e.g., legal or compliance reasons), we may need to retain specific information for a required period. We will inform you if that’s the case.
